Paper Model
Paper design and crafting is very much part of packaging prototyping. I was interested in how small I could go. This is a stylised model of the Chateau Sentout in Bordeax. With lights.
Christmas image
Had this image of star and Nazareth in mind, thinking God and his box of matches - 'wots this over 'ere then?'. Casual omnipotence. Airbrush and acrylic, about A3 size.
Manchester Town Hall
Originally a magazine cover pic but I made some prints of it too, as a duotint. Of course it never rains much in Manchester, does it?
Pencil drawings
This was the development work for a brochure. Actually I did use the computer for colouring. Its a great effect, the drawings coming to life.
Nature dawings
These drawings for a nature booklet. Pen and ink. Rotring pens were my favourite for a time, but I try lots of pens. Or fine brush.
Watercolour painting
Bit Dali-esque. I like the strange reality. I have seen clouds like that. Watercolour and white goache. About A4 size
Paper model
For a presentation. These are mounted, cut out photographs from a real 'civil war' pistol. Mounted in a box frame. Good illusion. Also a booklet for it.
Pen drawing
This was for a Christian music record. The rose within a crown of thorns was required. I put a spiral pattern into the inner thorns. Ink, about A3 size.
